  • Studio: Ymago Agency

  • Role: Junior Industrial Designer

  • Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

  • Year: 2017

The Shape Shifter Spaceship is a single-mould, injected plastic toy designed to encourage exploration and play. Its symmetrical form allows it to have no fixed position, giving children the freedom to discover different ways of interacting with it.

The design was carefully considered so that even young children instinctively understand how to play with it. Cavities guide shapes by touch, creating a tactile and engaging experience that feels intuitive and playful. The result is a toy that balances simple manufacturing with rich possibilities for exploration.
